By downloading, installing, or using Undulate ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Undulate is a breathing exercise application that provides guided breathing animations and haptic feedback. The app offers both free and premium features accessible through a one-time in-app purchase.

Health Disclaimer

Undulate is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The breathing exercises are for general wellness purposes only. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any breathing exercise program, especially if you have respiratory conditions, cardiovascular issues, or other health concerns.

In-App Purchases

Premium features are available as a one-time, non-consumable purchase
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
Refund requests must be directed to Apple per their refund policy
Purchases can be restored on any device signed into the same Apple ID

Intellectual Property

All content, animations, designs, and code within Undulate are the property of the developer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app's content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to circumvent any security features or purchase restrictions

Limitation of Liability

Undulate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
